Deposit / Booking / Cancellation Info
Please ensure you can attend the date and time you book. Set a reminder. Any changes let me know as soon as possible.
All appointments require a $100 deposit which can be paid via zelle, venmo, cashpp etc which goes toward the final cost.
- We contact everyone a few days before the event with full details.
- We contact everyone one last time the day before the event.

- Canceling 7 days before the event = full refund.
- Canceling within 5 days of the event = deposit will be put toward another event date.
- Canceling within 72 hours of the event = deposit will be forfeited.
- You are allowed one reschedule.

We realize emergencies happen. But letting us know a couple hours before your appointment or at 9pm the night before doesn't leave us much room to work with. If you change your mind at the last second, decide to make other plans or flat out no call/no show, you leave us high and dry 1-3+ hours from home with no time to fill your spot. We travel around to accommodate everyone vs driving to North Melbourne. Let's be courteous of each others time. Luckily this has only happened a few times, but in each situation we could have been given much more than a day or a few hours notice, the person either forgot, made other plans, or flat out didn't care. While we understand there are situations no one can control, we cannot be responsible for them. Last minute cancellations, no call/no shows will result is deposits being forfeited.
This also applies to current customers with free updates/changes, free services (key FOB programming, fuel resets, TSBs etc). While we don't collect a deposit, everything listed above still applies. Last minute cancellations, no call/no shows will result in these free services/updates no longer being an option/forfeited. Remember that is a spot we could have offered someone else.
We reserve the right to refuse service anytime and for any reason.
